Richard began a successful real estate career in 1977 in Atascadero, California and is currently serving as the President of the Central Coast Association of Realtors. He has been a multi-million dollar producer every year since 1981, with more than $250 million closed in real estate transactions. He has a current average sales volume of $10,000,000 to $20,000,000 per year. He has been involved in almost every type of real estate transaction including land sales (both ranches and single family lots), new homes sales, existing home sales, commercial sales, leasing, and industrial sales and leasing.
