My husband and I were very happy with all of Raquel's efforts during our challenging sale, she was always professional and responsive to phone calls and text messages. Ana Tobo was always cheerful and professional when she brought documents to us for signature. This family home was in a trust with my husband as the successor trustee along with his brother (every document required two sets of signatures). It had squatters that had to be evicted prior to showing the house and was reverse mortgaged and ended up with negative equity requiring HUD's permission to conduct a short-sale. Raquel used a photographer that absolutely showed the house in it's best light and advertised the house consistently. She tirelessly communicated with HUD to get the sale wrapped up.
