We've purchase many homes previously but this was by far the best experience ever! This was a long distance purchase for us from the opposite side of the USA. We were impressed by Mark and his team because they are so familiar with the area. They sell homes not houses. What made Mark and his team standout was the fact that he lives in this community and anticipated out needs perfectly! He steered us away from things that we couldn't see for ourselves from listings (busy roads and neighborhoods that didn't offer the things that were important to us) and helped us with good solid information as we needed it. He had a great understanding of what we needed and it worked out perfectly. This was such a great experience! We have friends who live in the area that did a lot of the foot work in finding our home. They will now use Mark and his team for their next home purchase as they retire in the next year.
