Masha is the most professional & caring realtor you could imagine & then some. She's highly knowledgeable in all the areas you'd expect - market, trends, real estate strategy, a value of every feature in a home, & quite a few areas you won't. Like "this is called a picture molding". Masha maintains a network of connections is every home-related trade, & would recommend and even help coordinate. We bought two homes & sold one with her, & she has everything - from a fantastic inspector on a moment's notice, to a handyman, attorney, photographer, you name it. Always proactive, incredibly responsive, Masha was shepherding us through a very stressful and emotional time. She has the whole process mapped out, & looks at it from the client's (our!) perspective. Including, for example, helping us figure out a place to be outside for showings. During Covid, in winter. She's really doing above & beyond. Bottom line - in you choose to work with a real estate agent, Masha is as good as they get.
