Second experience with Larry We used Larry to sell my daughters residence in early 2020 and started discussions about selling our investment property at that time knowing that our tenant lease went through 4/30/21. Larry was patient and provided updates on market values and closing projections along the way. He also partners with Dan and Leslie Lightfoot who were a delight, very professional, had a good command of the Phoenix market, and extremely responsive.
