Lance was born in the small lake town of Mountain Home in Northern Arkansas, & graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in finance & engineering. First licensed in real estate at the young age of 18, Lance & his 2 brothers (also top producing agents for Keller Williams in NW Arkansas) come from a long line of real estate professionals. Lance's grandfather started his own brokerage in 1968, his father then took over in 1981. Lance briefly left the real estate industry to pursue his other passion of product development & LED lighting design. He traveled to Asia and worked with manufacturing partners and distributors to bring energy efficient lighting technology to the United States and other countries. In 2009, Lance & his wife Christie moved to North Dallas to find a better life for their family, with 2 young daughters to keep them busy! Outside of real estate, Lance loves to travel to new places, & finding opportunities to volunteer in his community.
