I don't know where to start with how great Vaughn is. This was our first time selling a home and had very little idea how it would go. Kevin is the best real estate agent in San Diego! As a first-time buyer using the VA loan, I was not entirely sure how the whole process worked. Kevin and his team walked me through the entire process from preapproval to writing an offer in a highly competitive market. Due to some changes with school and work, we were unable to buy now.
