Julie is AMAZING!!! I hired her back in 2007 to sell my place and it sold in 4 days. She recommended that I rent as she didn't feel comfortable selling me a house as she felt that something was going to happen in the real estate market --- that was the best advice she ever gave me. She has a client for life! From there, I have bought and sold two other places where she has represented me as the buyer and seller. In total, Julie has represented me five times in ten years.

Julie is the best! She is extremely thorough and very professional to work with. She responded very fast all the time and really helped out tremendously throughout the entire process. Not only did she spend the time finding me a great house, she also recommended excellent people to assist such as home inspectors, people to help me move, etc. She also followed up constantly to remind me of appointments and scheduling appointments, etc..
