My brother was flown out of Anchorage back to the East Coast near family due to great illness. As his POA living in Pennsylvania, it felt overwhelming to think of how to accomplish preparing and selling his house in Anchorage. I met John Collinge on the phone by chance through Re/Max. He listened, and immediately became my masterful friend and realtor. His promptness and follow through were impressive. He knew all types of contractors to quickly resolve many different repair issues. Found a buyer for the truck and helped complete the sale process! At my request, he graciously assisted purging through personal belongings, then boxed up and shipped them down to our home. He conscientious and honest manner was accompanied with a keep our eye on the ball attitude. The house sold within a week. I never had to fly to Anchorage. John made my life sane, and made the process as easy as a house sale is going to get. Best realtor I have ever met.

As a first time home buyer, I cant even begin to explain how incredibly knowledgeable and helpful John and his son, Jeremy, were for us during the entire process.
