As first time home buyers, my husband and I wanted a realtor who took the time to answer the many questions we had, while giving us advice through the process. Jim delivered, as he was always available through a phone call, or text message within the hour, with most times a few minutes later answering our questions. Jim took the time to get to know what our wants and needs were in a home and showed us an array of properties that ranged in price, all within our budget. What could have been an overwhelming process was made doable due to Jim's motivation and enthusiasm, which were incredibly contagious and inspiring to my husband and I. I was referred to Jim on the spur of the moment because I was looking specifically in the Fort Myers area and the original realtor that I was talking with only did the Cape Coral area. Literally within hours of our very first conversation on the phone, he had arranged for me to see 4 or 5 properties that same day because I was only in town for a couple days. We put in an offer on one of those that he found for me to see and we closed on it a month later. Again because I live in IL., he handled the home inspection appointment, the final walk through, and picked up the keys and gate access cards from the closing all on my behalf and without me. Simply put, I couldn't have done this without his assistance and fast response!!
