Mr. Garrett is an expert when it comes to professionalism. When we listed our home for sale with GGR, we thought he must be such a busy person, we don't expect to communicate directly with him. But we were quite surprised when he called and made an appointment to meet with us, made suggestions for minor adjustments ~ and in addition; assured us that he would get our house sold even in the 'slow period for the market. We were not positive about that because we had just cancelled our contract with another agent wherein we had very limited showings over the course of 5 months with little or no feedback. So we were quite surprised when Mr. Garrett called personally, to say that there was interest shown in our home and had a contract in just 34 days! His staff was no exception! They were CONSISTENTLY courteous, friendly and got things done in a timely manner even when we think it's end of business for the day or weekend we still got responses!

We have now had Greg's help in selling two homes and purchasing one in Williamsburg, Virginia. In each instance, the process was near seamless because of the extraordinarily efficient staff he works with, and because of his skill and expertise in matching buyers and sellers.
