Fidel and his assistant, Karely, were always on top of the home selling process, advocating on our behalf. They always kept us informed and up-to-date on what was happening, and always notified us immediately of any action that we needed to take. While we had a hiccup or two along the way, that were no fault of theirs, they were on it, keeping us informed of the steps toward resolution. When I stressed over the "hiccups," they were there to calm me down, and assure me that all was going to work our just fine (and it did). When we had questions or concerns, even for things that were outside of their scope of service, they were reachable, and did all they could to answer our questions, or provide assistance. They did everything they could to make the home selling process as smooth as possible. Thank you!

Fidel was always there when we needed him. He guided us through the entire sales process, keeping us informed and explaining everything in detail. We owned a property in Apple Valley on a 1-acre lot with a large rv garage. The house was in moderately poor condition. and was sold for cash. We asked for 250,000 and Fidel told us he would get more. The house sold for 282,000 on the second day. Fidel really delivered! Because of Fidel, we have now achieved our dream of moving to the Blue Ridge mountains of Virginia.

Fidel was excellent to work with. We communicated mostly over the phone since I lived in a different location. Then once I was ready, he took me out to see multiple properties in one day due to my limited time. He helped negotiate for a house where the sellers initially denied my offer. We now have a wonderful home in a great community.

Since the moment we contacted and met Fidel, we knew it was the right person to help us sell our home. The process was very smooth, easy, and professionally done. Fidel and his assistant, Karely, kept us updated throughout the whole process until the very last step of selling. They work great as a team.
