I love my home. I feared feeling regret after buying a home, but I have not had a single second thought about my purchase. After meeting with a few realtors, I decided to work with Cindee and Michael because I felt they were understanding of my wants, needs, and restraints. The first day I met with them, we went to view a home in the same community where I ended up purchasing. They had found an ideal home for me, but as a brand-new buyer, I did not have the insight or confidence to make an offer. After that initial showing, they remained faithfully by my side on a five month journey. I greatly appreciated that for each home we viewed, I was provided with detailed information (including pictures which came in quite handy after a day of multiple showings). We would spend time in the home while I asked questions and tried to imagine myself living there. Cindee and Michael were patient and honest. They advocated for me.

I personally believe it is rare these days to see Realtors going door-to-door talking with homeowners. I would typically send people away but Cindee and Michael were so friendly and enthusiastic that I welcomed them into my home within minutes of meeting them. Being late in my mortgage payments and frustrated with the loan modification process, I was just getting to the point of considering a short sale. Cindee and Michael made it clear that they enjoy helping others and giving back to the community that they would help me in whichever way they could. I opted to go for a short sale with Cindee and Michaels assistance. Just as I was signing papers I was offered forbearance on my loan that went into a trial payment plan for a loan modification. Cindee and Michael kept in touch with me over the course of the year, listening to my woes and providing encouragement. I really enjoyed our friendship and in the end I decided to have them list my home so I could relocate.

Cindee and Michael made selling our condo a very easy and comfortable experience from the preparation to the open house to closing. As you may or may not know, I sold my home at 5532 E Vista Del Rio. I previously had it listed with another broker who failed to sell the home in 114 days. Cindee & Michael were able to sell the home in 52 days. I was excited to hear that the home sold for the highest price in this floor plan since 2007. They not only have a great marketing plan and tons of experience but they really were genuinely interested in making sure I had a pleasant experience as I looked to sell my home and make a move out of state to be closer to family. Cindee & Michael were Top notch! I would use them again and again if the option arises. They truly are a great team.
