Being both a buyer and a seller, I have worked with Chris over several real estate transactions. From a sellers perspective, she seems to have her finger on the pulse of the real estate market because knows how to price a house to sell. Ive listed two houses with Chris and both have gone under contract in less than a month. From a buyers perspective, she knows how to help negotiate a good deal.
