I was very impressed and pleased with Carmen Blanchard-Stitt. She started working on selling the 54 plus acres of undeveloped land I co-own over a year ago. She did a lot of research in determining the sale value of the land and trees on the acreage. She then located a strong cash buyer within three months. However, Covid 19 and other issues with my co-owner prevented the sale until a year later. Throughout the time, Carmen stayed in touch with the buyers and kept them from getting discouraged about the ultimate sale. Carmen also patiently dealt with my co-owner who is elderly and was having family issues. I feel strongly that, If it were not for Carmen, I would not have gotten the land sold at all or at the favorable sale price I received.
