Bob Sokoler has earned five (gold) stars from us. We had a difficult real estate situation to deal with, and we do not live in Kentucky. We contacted Bob, and he tackled it with knowledge, kindness, and concern for us and the situation. He was always available to answer questions, provide information and advice--even taking a call when he was on vacation (though we didn't know he was out of the country when we made that call). Our situation has been resolved, and we so appreciate his help and advice. Living out of state, we probably won't deal with Louisville real estate again, but if we ever do, we will choose Bob to handle our business. We highly recommend Bob Sokoler. He is very knowledgeable about his business. He is fair, hones, and very concerned about his clients. He is a man of integrity. A huge "Thank you!" to him.
