If I could give Andrew and Cristina Altman a 10 star rating I would! Our house had been on the market a year with no movement. We switched to Andrew and Cristina as our realtors. They came in and told us exactly what we needed to do to sell our house. They got the estimates and with our approval scheduled all the work. The marketing of our house was top notch and started before all the improvements were completed. The house was not even officially on the market and Andrew was showing the house to prospective buyers.
