It has been a pleasure working with Ms. Shink to complete the sale of a probate property. She is professional and perceptive, and was respectful of the needs of the family in this situation. I was very, very fortunate to have hired Andrea Shink. I was entrusted to be executor of my Aunts estate. Andrea was very knowledgeable about probate and real estate sales. She helped me deal with many unseen problems that developed with my Aunt's estate. When there was a fire at the house, just days before escrow closing, Andrea really shined. She put her skills to work in order to keep the buyers and bank interested in continuing with the closing of escrow. She spoke with the buyers and made calls to the bank to get it done. Any other agent would not have gone the extra mile. She truly cared and always returned my calls ASAP.

Andrea is one of the best. I was recently faced with a death in the family that would have resulted in a real estate nightmare, had Andrea not stepped in to advise and assist me. Through her exceptional knowledge of all things real estate, and her excellent network of referrals, what could have been a drawn-out, painful, and expensive process, was handled as quickly and painlessly as possible - resulting in savings on the sale of a home that I might not otherwise have gotten. From moment one, Andrea and Kayla guided us through the process, were incredibly patient, explained every step we experienced, and were so responsive! Andrea is fantastic. She took the time to explain the marketing to me and within one week, there were seven offers. She took each offer seriously and had the patience to discuss each one with me in great detail. She negotiated the top four offers and her skills were par excellence. I would never have gotten the price that I got, had it not been for Andrea. I recommend her highly.
